Colorado Code Consulting, LLC has been providing building department services
for several jurisdictions in the State of Colorado for three years. The firm has
provided these services for the City's of Cherry Hills Village and Sheridan on
a full time basis. Many other jurisdictions have used our services on an as needed

Steve Thomas, president of Colorado Code Consulting, LLC has served as building
official for the city's of Cherry Hills Village, Cherry Hills Village, Glendale,
Frisco, and Dillon, Colorado. Jim Conway, Electrical Inspector served as the
Chief Electrical Inspector for the City of Denver. All inspectors and plans
examiners are qualified to perform the necessary work to serve Cherry Hills
Village. Resumes for the primary individuals providing services are available
upon request.</p>
<p>We specialize in servicing small jurisdictions. These agencies typically do
not need a full time building inspector. Our firm can provide professional level
inspection and plan review services for less cost than hiring a fulltime employee.
Our inspectors are experts in their field and can address most any type of issue
